Then we help you explore teams, mentors, collaborators, and opportunities aligned with that direction.

The work that shows how you think: papers, projects, code, competitions, and the things you have built or fixed.

What pulls at you?

Curiosity

The problems you keep returning to, even when nobody is asking you to.

Where do you want to go?

Ambitions

The kind of work, team and impact you want, and the next step that would bring you closer.

How it works

A thoughtful next step, taken together.

  1. 1

    Reach out

Tell us a little about yourself: what you have done, what you are curious about, and where you want to go. Links to your work help.

  2. 2

    A real conversation

We take time to understand your strengths and ambitions, including a technical conversation about work you are proud of.

  3. 3

    Explore directions

Together we look at teams, mentors, collaborators and opportunities aligned with where you want to go.

  4. 4

    Introductions

When there is a fit, we make a careful introduction with context, so both sides know why it could make sense.

Questions

Asked, and answered.

Who is Quine for?

Researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, engineers, and aspiring founders around the world who have done exceptional work, or are clearly capable of it, and want their next step to count.

Do I need to be in Silicon Valley?

No. We work with people around the world. We are beginning with AI, research and startups in Silicon Valley, but talent is universal and we look for it everywhere.

I’m not sure what I want next. Should I still reach out?

Yes. Helping you work that out is part of what we do. Your strengths, curiosity and ambitions shape what comes next, and we help you see the options clearly.

What should I include when I reach out?

A short note on what you have done and where you want to go, plus links to your work: papers, code, projects, competition results, or anything else that shows how you think.

Do I need an olympiad medal or a published paper?

No. Those are some of the signals we pay attention to, but not the only ones. What matters is evidence of exceptional ability and drive, in whatever form it takes.
